- What happens if I'm late in the morning? If you show up late for your morning commute the driver will wait approximately 10 minutes before leaving with the others in your
group without you. If this does take place and you still want to commute to work on a pedicab a new rider will be sent to pick you up within 30 minutes time, however, you will be
responsible for paying the tip by yourself, rather than subsidizing the costs with the others in your group. If you think you are going to be late please call ahead of time so that the driver
does not wait for you with the other two members of your group.
- What happens if I don't show up? If you do not show up than you will be billed a standard $15 no show charge which covers the cost of the driver riding out to pick you up
without compensation. Pedicab riders are paid on tips so the no show charge is to ensure that the pedicab rider gets paid for services rendered. Please consult the rules

- How do I form a group if I don't have one? If you are unable to form a group than please try our forum specifically designed to help
those interested in commuting communicate with each other
- What are the costs? The costs for using the pedicab commuter service vary depending on how long your subscription is, how many people are in your group, and how often you
use it. For an explanation of costs please see the rates and conditions page.
- How do I cancel my subscription? In order to cancel your subscription please contact Red Devil Rides at least 72 hours before the
monthly renewal date to ensure not being charged.
- How do I make reservations for a pick up? You can reserve a morning commuter pick up and an afternoon return time by using our online
reservation system.
